In the 3rd minute Giga Mønster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Etxeberri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ivar Albohm made a huge save. 6 minutes into the match, Giga Mønster had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliberto Gaskon. POSSE 1911 FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giga Mønster was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of POSSE 1911 FC booed when Strömsbro IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Lekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Faruk Nafiz Ünalp came free, but Ivar Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faruk Nafiz Ünalp in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Bredberg in the 16th minute of play forced POSSE 1911 FC's goalkeeper Feliberto Gaskon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Strömsbro IF were awarded a corner. Jerry Aronsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jerry Aronsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon did a great save. Alvar Mellbad hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Giga Mønster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Atilano Raymon got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Etxeberri in the 29th minute of play forced Strömsbro IF's goalkeeper Ivar Albohm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivar Albohm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celestino Etxeberri in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Raymon to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Strömsbro IF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. André Enström hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faruk Nafiz Ünalp made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Wiktor Lekberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of POSSE 1911 FC's Feliberto Gaskon. Feliberto Gaskon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliberto Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Bredberg in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Raymon to maneuver through the defense. Giga Mønster blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Gaskon having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Strömsbro IF's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Xabel came free, but Ivar Albohm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Atilano Raymon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, POSSE 1911 FC's Atilano Raymon got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Faruk Nafiz Ünalp fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POSSE 1911 FC's protests and gave Faruk Nafiz Ünalp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Wiktor Lekberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivar Albohm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faruk Nafiz Ünalp in the 78th minute of the match. Feliberto Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Wenerdahl in the 79th minute of play. Ivar Albohm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faruk Nafiz Ünalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes POSSE 1911 FC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Azubeli. After 89 played minutes, Strömsbro IF's Jerry Aronsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Feliberto Gaskon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Strömsbro IF reached it. Celestino Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ivar Albohm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Strömsbro IF's Börge Kristiansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Feliberto Gaskon. Feliberto Gaskon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Strömsbro IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
