Zachary Kajfasz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Polidori having to make a save. Izydor Bierfass kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, FC LongeR's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Gianfrancesco came free, but Czeslaw Luty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Czeslaw Luty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Gianfrancesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Ernesto Minichiello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Czeslaw Luty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th match minute, XMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Cesaroni to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 41 minutes, Zachary Kajfasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LongeR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachary Kajfasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Ennio De Nardis. Zygmunt Dynda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Armando Polidori made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tomasz Kluczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to XMAS getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Comunardo Quadrini hit a great ball. Wieslaw Pilipiec kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ferruccio Cesaroni hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The supporters of XMAS booed when FC LongeR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Polek didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC LongeR's Czeslaw Luty proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC LongeR from getting a goal against them. Alfred Polek's late challenge caught a XMAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Polek helped the player get up and apologised. Alfred Polek hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Marinucci. Armando Polidori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Dynda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Polidori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacy Percha's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
