Serginho Sabóia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 3rd playminute. The supporters of Jovens Democratas MZC booed when FC Kopeto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdeněk Skalník didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakub Picka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Sabóia in the 10th minute of play. Lúcio Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jakub Picka made a huge save. 17 minutes into the game, Jovens Democratas MZC's Marco van Basten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakub Picka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Miroslav Halas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Marco van Basten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Miroslav Halas fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kopeto's protests and gave Miroslav Halas a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Jakub Picka managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Jovens Democratas MZC's Marcel Veiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Jovens Democratas MZC defense, Ivo Vošický kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filiberto Fidele. The Jovens Democratas MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filiberto Fidele should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Marco van Basten kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jakub Picka. That made the score 3-1 in the 39 minute of play. With his leg Jakub Picka managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Jovens Democratas MZC's Marco van Basten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 45th minute, Serginho Sabóia made a precise shot to the right of Jakub Picka. FC Kopeto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Jakub Picka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Cruz in the 51st minute of the match. A collision led to FC Kopeto getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jurij Švajda hit a great ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Lúcio Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kopeto's Jakub Picka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serginho Sabóia in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jakub Picka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Kopeto! After a rather tough play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Jozef Ilve got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 63 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Jozef Ilve. Giuseppe Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC Kopeto getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zdeněk Skalník hit a great ball. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Vinícius Galvan replaced Jozef Ilve. Zdeněk Skalník hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Serginho Sabóia notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of FC Kopeto's Jakub Picka. Jakub Picka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 76 minutes, Zdeněk Skalník mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kopeto and the Jovens Democratas MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zdeněk Skalník kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Jakub Picka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Negri in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes FC Kopeto got a freekick which was hit by František Žiga. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kopeto's zone, Marco van Basten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakub Picka came out of the goal and Marco van Basten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lúcio Cruz scored 7-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jakub Picka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jakub Picka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Vošický in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Giuseppe Negri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jakub Picka was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco van Basten in the 93rd minute of play forced FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Picka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Picka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco van Basten's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Giuseppe Negri scored 9-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jakub Picka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
