In the 3rd minute Baltasar Pascua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Piechocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Szalone Konie:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Picanya FC:s goal. After some careless play in the Szalone Konie defense, Christoph Kannegiesser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tanek Piechocki. The Szalone Konie fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tanek Piechocki should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, Edgard Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Piechocki was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 17 minutes into the game, Klement Pliszka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szalone Konie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Picanya FC the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Szalone Konie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Pliszka to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Tanek Piechocki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Reyes. In the 19th minute of the match Picanya FC got a corner. Szalone Konie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. János Dankó ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Boleslaw Mudry fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szalone Konie's protests and gave Boleslaw Mudry a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Szalone Konie's Boleslaw Mudry got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Szalone Konie's Tanek Piechocki got control of the ball when Edgard Reyes tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Szalone Konie getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Maksymilian Marosz hit a great ball. Tanek Piechocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Reyes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Tanek Piechocki managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Picanya FC's Edgard Reyes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tanek Piechocki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Reyes in the 35th minute. Baltasar Pascua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanek Piechocki having to make a save. Szalone Konie's Tanek Piechocki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Szalone Konie from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Tanek Piechocki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgard Reyes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 김 천 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 63 played minutes Szalone Konie got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Marosz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Pascua in the 66th minute of play forced Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Tanek Piechocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67thth minute of the game Edgard Reyes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szalone Konie's Tanek Piechocki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tanek Piechocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qwinton Pedrosa in the 70th minute of the match. Pepito Riba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boleslaw Mudry in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Picanya FC defense, Boleslaw Mudry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pepito Riba. The Picanya FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pepito Riba should have stopped the shot. After 86 minutes, Frechoso Sanz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Picanya FC and the Szalone Konie players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Frechoso Sanz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Reyes in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanek Piechocki saved Szalone Konie from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Boleslaw Mudry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pepito Riba was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Szalone Konie's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
