Binjamin Provoost made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Binjamin Provoost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Gaufred, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juraj Šesták in the 12th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Enrique Lekubegi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Lekubegi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matej Tásler's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Matej Tásler managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gladiators Milošová's supporters rose to their feet, but Matej Tásler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Binjamin Provoost made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Ioritz in the 26th minute. Enrique Lekubegi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Tásler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 32 in the game by Santos Ioritz from a close distance when the talented Binjamin Provoost managed to make a qualified save. FC Gladiators Milošová's players were relieved. A collision led to Palermo getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lisandro Argi hit a great ball. Enrique Lekubegi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juraj Šesták in the 36th minute of the match. Enrique Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stano Kováč in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo's goalkeeper Enrique Lekubegi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Lekubegi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Tásler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stano Kováč in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Binjamin Provoost had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Ioritz. Binjamin Provoost was a little too slow when Valentin Enekoitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Gaufred to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Ioritz in the 51st minute of play forced FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Binjamin Provoost to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Palermo's Enrique Lekubegi got control of the ball when Stano Kováč tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Stano Kováč's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Lekubegi was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Binjamin Provoost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Gaufred in the 57th minute of play. Enrique Lekubegi made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Matej Tásler sent off a good shot on target. Santos Ioritz took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Binjamin Provoost. Binjamin Provoost dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 72 played minutes Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Eguen. Matej Tásler struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Enrique Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Gladiators Milošová. In the 76th minute, Matej Tásler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Lekubegi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The audience was convinced that Matej Tásler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Lekubegi was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Matej Tásler's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Enrique Lekubegi firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Gladiators Milošová were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Palermo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matej Tásler took the corner. FC Gladiators Milošová's Matej Tásler was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Enrique Lekubegi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
