When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Lucas Langoni put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marian Anderjoli. 14 minutes into the match, Cristobal Ariando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marian Anderjoli. Zelg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristobal Ariando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 21st match minute, ..Villa Rugby Club.. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Beti to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugene Mullis in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Higuita saved ..Villa Rugby Club.. from getting behind. Roque James's late challenge caught a Zelg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque James helped the player get up and apologised. Eugene Mullis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Rene Higuita made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goal looked a bit too open when Gualtiero Nacht came free, but Rene Higuita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zelg FC's Willem Migneault got his second yellow card of the match in the 37th minute. The referee ordered Willem Migneault off the ground. Willem Migneault kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 42 minutes, Hektor Wasser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zelg FC and the ..Villa Rugby Club.. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marian Anderjoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Langoni in the 43rd minute of the match. Marian Anderjoli came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Roque James. But to his dismay, Roque James quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Zelg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ..Villa Rugby Club.. were winning 0-3.

Eugene Mullis got in the 54th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Rene Higuita handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Marian Anderjoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Langoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Cristobal Ariando made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marian Anderjoli was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Marian Anderjoli managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Lucas Langoni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Philippe Vehma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rene Higuita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Philippe Vehma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Rene Higuita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ..Villa Rugby Club.. played a much better game than Zelg FC and deserved their victory. The Zelg FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
