When Elpidio Hitz fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caballeritos del Baile's protests and gave Elpidio Hitz a yellow card for diving instead. Elpidio Hitz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Damián Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Busk. Generoso Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bert Pöggeler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Bert Pöggeler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Ritchie in the 11th minute of the match. Lehoi Payno hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Bert Pöggeler came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Caballeritos del Baile's Generoso Ritchie. But to his dismay, Generoso Ritchie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Caballeritos del Baile's Generoso Ritchie in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mete y Raspa FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Generoso Ritchie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bert Pöggeler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Generoso Ritchie went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Damián Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tristan Neyda. Caballeritos del Baile's Damián Martínez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Caballeritos del Baile from getting a goal against them. Bert Pöggeler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Cerilo in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Mete y Raspa FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Lehoi Payno hit a great ball. With a little luck, Caballeritos del Baile's Damián Martínez got control of the ball when Tristan Neyda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bert Pöggeler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Generoso Ritchie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bert Pöggeler having to make a save. Bert Pöggeler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Ritchie in the 37th minute of play. Bert Pöggeler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Generoso Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters rose to their feet, but Generoso Ritchie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bert Pöggeler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Generoso Ritchie to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Tristan Neyda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caballeritos del Baile's Damián Martínez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caballeritos del Baile's zone, Tristan Neyda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damián Martínez came out of the goal and Tristan Neyda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Ritchie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Bert Pöggeler made a huge save. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mete y Raspa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Cerilo was slow to take the kick. During this time Caballeritos del Baile's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Damian Cerilo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bert Pöggeler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Mete y Raspa FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lalla Paiz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lehoi Payno in the 64th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Damián Martínez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caballeritos del Baile's Damián Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Busk in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Lehoi Payno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bert Pöggeler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Generoso Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bert Pöggeler made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Damian Cerilo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Mete y Raspa FC's Aristides Serans got a free kick in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Generoso Ritchie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bert Pöggeler was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Emil Rasialdo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Generoso Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Ritchie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caballeritos del Baile eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
