With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Batistuta in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cholachat Coolcat saved Pajala Sunrise from getting behind. In the 29th minute, Gu Xiao Kun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doug Las Casas in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roman Matai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 34th minute Pajala Sunrise were awarded a corner. David Lindman went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Zygmunt Bielejewski put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cholachat Coolcat. Cholachat Coolcat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Lech in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 43rd minute of play forced Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Cholachat Coolcat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cholachat Coolcat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Batistuta in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Batistuta was the one to do the kick off. After 95 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Nässén. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Batistuta in the 96th minute of play forced Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Cholachat Coolcat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. STAL ST WOLA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
