In the 32nd minute Hubert Verheijden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match, Valdemar Messias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Navarro Montoya saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Sayvion during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Valdemar Messias made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Luiz Guilherme Saldanha hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Verheijden came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
