MAVARK - Działoszyn's Stanislaw Furtok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Erik Sörman in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, one of VfL Wolfsburg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for VfL Wolfsburg. Steve Golding shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 10 minutes into the game, VfL Wolfsburg's Alfons Delin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stanislaw Furtok made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Stanislaw Furtok made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Björn Gunnarsson sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, MAVARK - Działoszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Delin came free, but Stanislaw Furtok reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislaw Furtok made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Delin in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Erik Sörman in the 28th minute of play forced MAVARK - Działoszyn's goalkeeper Stanislaw Furtok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Henryk kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Stanislaw Furtok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons Delin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olle Tunander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wlodzimierz Henryk's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beniamin Kociniewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Fristedt in the 53rd minute of play forced MAVARK - Działoszyn's goalkeeper Stanislaw Furtok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Henryk kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Alfons Delin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VfL Wolfsburg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
