Rodrigo Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Severo in the 27th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes DON RAMON 72 got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Tohias. In the 32ndth minute of the game Américo Severo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DON RAMON 72's Rodrigo Bastia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Pedro Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Bastia. DON RAMON 72's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Neto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, DON RAMON 72's goal looked a bit too open when Dércio Brandão came free, but Rodrigo Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Neto in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Américo Severo made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Bastia. DON RAMON 72's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Américo Severo to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Walter Sanvicente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Neto in the 52nd minute of play forced DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper Rodrigo Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higino Pessoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Harkaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of DON RAMON 72 booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severiano Prates took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Bastia. DON RAMON 72's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 68 minutes, Silvano Harkaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DON RAMON 72 and the Pinhote FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
