Walter Pandiani started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Flying Dutch booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quico Candamil didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Batista in the 7th minute of play forced Fesport FC's goalkeeper Diagur Infante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guifre Sobrado kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. A hard shot 15 in the game by Walter Pandiani from a close distance when the talented Arthur Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Flying Dutch's players were relieved. Walter Pandiani took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Amorim. Arthur Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 20th minute of the match Pacho Gonzalvez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arthur Amorim skillfully saved the ball. Diagur Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Diagur Infante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor de Salles in the 33rd minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Tiago Correia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. José Vítor Rosado's late challenge caught a Fesport FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Vítor Rosado helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes, Fesport FC's Pacho Gonzalvez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arthur Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fesport FC reached it. After 44 played minutes Fesport FC got a freekick which was hit by Pacho Gonzalvez. Fesport FC's Diagur Infante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Rosado in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. Natxo Valerón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arthur Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natxo Valerón in the 69th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natxo Valerón in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Amorim saved Flying Dutch from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Fesport FC's zone, Eurico Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diagur Infante came out of the goal and Eurico Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eurico Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Vítor Rosado struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Diagur Infante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flying Dutch. Tiago Correia struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Eurico Batista came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Diagur Infante could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Fesport FC's Quico Candamil got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Quico Candamil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fesport FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Flying Dutch for a fine match.
