Romulo Eskuin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Candelaria FC's Carmelo Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Quexal in the 20th minute of play. Romulo Eskuin made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Aureliano Izotz sent off a good shot on target. Ruperto Abeita hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Konurbano Atletico's Desiderio Millan got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Tibalt came free, but Carmelo Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Nunez Gartzea got a free kick in the 95th minute. Konurbano Atletico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
