ZORZAL01's Higinio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Marquez in the 13th minute of play. Wen Xiang Mo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Aristides Etor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Iratzeder in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match ZORZAL01 got a corner. 1989 Blxsk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julian Iratzeder ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to ZORZAL01 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Julian Iratzeder hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aristides Etor. Aristides Etor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 36th minute Celestino Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZORZAL01's Higinio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Millano in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Nicanor Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Etor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Abel Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Leonel Hibai's late challenge caught a ZORZAL01's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Hibai helped the player get up and apologised. Aristides Etor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Fero in the 85th minute of play. Desiderio Ostargi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Higinio Polo made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 1989 Blxsk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
