In the 17th minute of the match The Heren Istarion got a corner. RO Army V55's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fred Amorim ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fred Amorim almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RO Army V55's Helmuth Duckadam did a great save. 19 minutes into the match, Elberg Azov notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of RO Army V55's Helmuth Duckadam. Helmuth Duckadam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, RO Army V55's goal looked a bit too open when Elberg Azov came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Elberg Azov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Heren Istarion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elberg Azov in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmuth Duckadam saved RO Army V55 from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Elberg Azov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Helmuth Duckadam came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by The Heren Istarion's Khamzat Chimaev. But to his dismay, Khamzat Chimaev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Louis Makris made a kick off. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elberg Azov, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when The Heren Istarion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khamzat Chimaev didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Khamzat Chimaev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. RO Army V55's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Khamzat Chimaev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. The Heren Istarion made a substitution. Helmuth Duckadam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Josefsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Helmuth Duckadam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, Elberg Azov notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of RO Army V55's Helmuth Duckadam. Helmuth Duckadam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Öberg in the 92nd minute of play forced RO Army V55's goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vaggelis Kefalogiannis fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RO Army V55's protests and gave Vaggelis Kefalogiannis a yellow card for diving instead. Vaggelis Kefalogiannis hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Heren Istarion's Fred Amorim couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for RO Army V55. The Heren Istarion walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
