Zachariasz Osikowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galindo España, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zenon Nowak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guarani Futebol Clube's Gernando Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Czempa got free with José Augusto Mineiro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Guarani Futebol Clube booed when Kosynierzy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenon Nowak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Zbyszek Rzeszutek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Túlio Ceresso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guarani Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kosynierzy FC the free kick. A collision led to Guarani Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Túlio Ceresso hit a great ball. Leszek Czempa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. José Augusto Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Augusto Mineiro came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Kosynierzy FC's Leszek Czempa. But to his dismay, Leszek Czempa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 41 minutes, Leszek Czempa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kosynierzy FC and the Guarani Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kosynierzy FC's Leszek Czempa got a free kick in the 41st minute. Mariusz Majorski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Augusto Mineiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Guarani Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Dalmo Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leszek Czempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Massa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Zachariasz Osikowicz made a huge save. Zenon Nowak hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Túlio Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes, Damian Rolado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kosynierzy FC and the Guarani Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damian Rolado kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Kosynierzy FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Gernando Severo scored to the left of an out of position Zachariasz Osikowicz, making the score, 1-1. 81 minutes into the game, Andrzej Rosiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kosynierzy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guarani Futebol Clube the free kick. After 81 played minutes Kosynierzy FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Rosiewicz. In the 83rd minute Galindo España managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Kosynierzy FC's Zachariasz Osikowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Kosynierzy FC from getting a goal against them. Guarani Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Kosynierzy FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pankracy Wyrzykowski took the corner. In the 88th minute of the match Guarani Futebol Clube got a corner. Kosynierzy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pankracy Wyrzykowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Guarani Futebol Clube's zone, Zenon Nowak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Augusto Mineiro came out of the goal and Zenon Nowak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
