Taco Zwartkruis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruud Geels in the 6th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Henk-Jan Opdam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verwachting and the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Henk-Jan Opdam kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Adalbert Oblakov came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adalbert Oblakov couldn't finish the play. Ruud Geels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taco Zwartkruis having to interfere. Oscar Vaalman scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Taco Zwartkruis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Melvin Borgman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalbert Oblakov in the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Ruud Geels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Zwartkruis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match, Ruud Geels tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Taco Zwartkruis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 32 minutes, Han Ostermann made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Taco Zwartkruis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Melvin Borgman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henny Braamhaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melvin Borgman came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Adalbert Oblakov. But to his dismay, Adalbert Oblakov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.

Adalbert Oblakov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melvin Borgman came out and tried to block the shot, but Adalbert Oblakov slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peycho Angushev during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Verwachting got a freekick which was hit by Peycho Angushev. A collision led to Julias Rascals Apeldoorn getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Max Winters hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Oscar Vaalman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Taco Zwartkruis. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Vaalman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Melvin Borgman was a little too slow when Adalbert Oblakov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 4-3. Andy Scholte kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Ruud Geels left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verwachting fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. 82 minutes into the game, Max Winters was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Verwachting the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Winters to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's goal looked a bit too open when Henk-Jan Opdam came free, but Taco Zwartkruis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hans-Cees Schattenberg fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's protests and gave Hans-Cees Schattenberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Verwachting booed when Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans-Cees Schattenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Han Ostermann fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verwachting's protests and gave Han Ostermann a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Verwachting getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Han Ostermann hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Wilco Kosterman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Zwartkruis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adalbert Oblakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Melvin Borgman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Verwachting were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn for a fine match.
