After 4 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Emil Dunajski. In the 5th minute Bogumil Jenkot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meng Yan Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meng Yan Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogumil Jenkot, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Leszek Pisarcik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Dunajski in the 11th minute of play. Leszek Pisarcik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ye Hong in the 13th minute. Emil Dunajski had several of the FC Norkins's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Leszek Pisarcik as he didn't even see the shot coming. 19 minutes into the match, Emil Dunajski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leszek Pisarcik, 2-0. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Podolski in the 23rd minute of play. Iwo Czeszyk was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, one of Abandon All Hope:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Meng Yan Jing had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Korneliusz Borcz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 32nd minute, Bogumil Jenkot made a precise shot to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Bogumil Jenkot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meng Yan Jing having to make a save. In the 36th minute Bogumil Jenkot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meng Yan Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes FC Norkins got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Podolski. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. Kutas in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Emil Dunajski made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Dedê de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Jenkot in the 51st minute of play. Bogumil Jenkot struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Meng Yan Jing didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Norkins. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogumil Jenkot in the 63rd minute of the match. Meng Yan Jing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogumil Jenkot's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Cezary Podolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Norkins's Piotr Szarmach was substituted for Napoleon Milan. In the 79th minute, Bogumil Jenkot reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Meng Yan Jing. The goal made the score 2-2. Bogumil Jenkot kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Bogumil Jenkot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogumil Jenkot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Cezary Podolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meng Yan Jing having to interfere. FC Norkins's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
