Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Santa Luis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Meriç Baytekin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Bidari was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. KOO Tigers's Halil Utku Evvah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Lizar in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Lv Lei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Bidari was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Halil Utku Evvah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Bidari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Lei in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute, Lv Lei made a precise shot to the right of Vinicio Bidari. The Old Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, The Old Boys's Santa Luis got a free kick in the 31st minute. Hilmi Onursan hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Jairo Lizar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Halil Utku Evvah. That made the score 1-3 in the 37 minute of play. The Old Boys's Vinicio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Lei in the 40th minute of play. Vinicio Bidari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Lei, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Meriç Baytekin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KOO Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meriç Baytekin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Old Boys's goalkeeper Vinicio Bidari, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 47th minute of the match KOO Tigers got a corner. The Old Boys's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hilmi Onursan ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Abdulkerim Uğuş managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lv Lei made a kick off. When KOO Tigers's Lv Lei in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 62nd minute, Aquilino Lauren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lv Lei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Halil Utku Evvah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Cloyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hilmi Onursan fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOO Tigers's protests and gave Hilmi Onursan a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, The Old Boys's Vinicio Bidari got control of the ball when Lv Lei tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to The Old Boys getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sixto Cloyo hit a great ball. Vinicio Bidari acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nuno da Costa. Vinicio Bidari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Lei, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The audience was convinced that Lv Lei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinicio Bidari was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After 87 minutes, Désiré Kaká mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOO Tigers and the The Old Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. The KOO Tigers fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when KOO Tigers's Lv Lei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of The Old Boys booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball.
