Spectators: 48 (Terracing: 37, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Will Sheridan kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Will Sheridan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC LIVERPOOL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 7 minutes, Will Sheridan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LIVERPOOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Will Sheridan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, FC LIVERPOOL's Phil Porter got control of the ball when Mark Stripf tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Greg Chilton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 18 minutes of play, Hertha 1969's Dante Jakob made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Phil Porter was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Mark Stripf kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Phil Porter. That made the score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. In the 28th minute, Hertha 1969's Mark Stripf ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Phil Porter. Phil Porter yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathieu Tippelt got free with Phil Porter in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Will Sheridan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Jäckel in the 39th minute of play forced FC LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Phil Porter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erich Pietta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Will Sheridan went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Jäckel to strike the kick off in the second half. Hertha 1969's Erich Pietta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamal Higgins in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Adam Jäckel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Phil Porter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Hertha 1969 getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ruth Forbrig hit a great ball. Phil Porter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Jakob in the 66th minute of the match. If Jamal Higgins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Jäckel came free, but Phil Porter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dale Dingle during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Dale Dingle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jamal Higgins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erich Pietta was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC LIVERPOOL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Semjon Schapiro was slow to take the kick. During this time Hertha 1969's players had a chance to rest. Semjon Schapiro made a great header on Hertha 1969's corner, it was just that FC LIVERPOOL's Phil Porter managed to reach the ball for a save. Phil Porter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Jäckel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Jäckel came free, but Phil Porter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Adam Jäckel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phil Porter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Stripf scored 5-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phil Porter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 96 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Higgins came free, but Erich Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hertha 1969 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC LIVERPOOL for a fine match.
