Gogo Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pere Montaña in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Sheridan in the 23rd minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Gogo Maurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phil Porter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Placido Calisto went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Severiano Ferrando hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes Shuspendemo got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Orain. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC LIVERPOOL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Urbano Medero was slow to take the kick. During this time Shuspendemo's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Shuspendemo's corner Urbano Medero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Phil Porter quite easily take care of the ball. Hector Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Gogo Maurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will Sheridan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Will Sheridan to make the kick off. Phil Porter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruperto Arano went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes FC LIVERPOOL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Urbano Medero who took care of the corner kick. Shuspendemo's Urbano Medero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Phil Porter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Shuspendemo fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC LIVERPOOL had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
