Mario Duplantier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Isac Floricel made a huge save. 25 minutes into the match, Mario Duplantier notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Emerald's Isac Floricel. Isac Floricel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Ingo Schwichtenberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Jităreanu came free, but Pedro Paulo Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gheorghe Craioveanu to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Diculescu in the 64th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Diculescu got free with Pedro Paulo Penha in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th match minute, Ogro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Travis Barker to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Francisc Jităreanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Paulo Penha was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Emerald's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ogro F.C. the free kick. In the 97th match minute, Emerald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Stătescu to maneuver through the defense. The Ogro F.C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
