Heitor Peseiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Heitor Peseiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Tarcísio Palha got a free kick in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Dimas Álvares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gottfrid Haström was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Garanhão do SUL's zone, Enrique Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heitor Peseiro came out of the goal and Enrique Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute of the match, Daniel Waselewicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Heitor Peseiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Tarcísio Palha was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played. In the 40th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarcísio Palha to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Rios. 43 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Heitor Peseiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luc Fontaine. After 44 minutes, Julião Valverde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garanhão do SUL and the Pihl United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julião Valverde kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Heitor Peseiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Pihl United booed when Garanhão do SUL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necaettin Akdemirci didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommy Sundberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Heitor Peseiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enrique Ferreira went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Pihl United getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. After a defensive mix-up in Garanhão do SUL's zone, Enrique Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heitor Peseiro came out of the goal and Enrique Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Waselewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Heitor Peseiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Enrique Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pihl United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heitor Peseiro having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Daniel Waselewicz notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Garanhão do SUL's Heitor Peseiro. Heitor Peseiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Heitor Peseiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Sundberg in the 91st minute of play. Heitor Peseiro came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pihl United's Enrique Ferreira. But to his dismay, Enrique Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pihl United had played much better football throughout.
