Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rakkestad IF's Otto Klepp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sigve Berre came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pihl United's Enrique Ferreira. But to his dismay, Enrique Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nicolaas Anelka kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Rakkestad IF's Sigve Berre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Rakkestad IF from getting a goal against them. Enrique Ferreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Sigve Berre made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Daniel Waselewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sigve Berre was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Daniel Waselewicz took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sigve Berre. Sigve Berre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, Tommy Sundberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigve Berre. Rakkestad IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tommy Sundberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Sigve Berre was a little too slow when Tommy Sundberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 5-0. In the 30th minute of the match, Nicolaas Anelka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sigve Berre saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 31 minutes into the match, Enrique Ferreira notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Rakkestad IF's Sigve Berre. Sigve Berre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roy Nymoen kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Sigve Berre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Ferreira in the 37th minute of play. Sigve Berre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Waselewicz in the 41st minute. Daniel Waselewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Sigve Berre made a huge save. Rakkestad IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Tommy Sundberg scored to the left of an out of position Sigve Berre, making the score, 7-0. Luc Fontaine's late challenge caught a Rakkestad IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luc Fontaine helped the player get up and apologised. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tommy Sundberg made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Waselewicz in the 53rd minute of play forced Rakkestad IF's goalkeeper Sigve Berre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigve Berre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Waselewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Rakkestad IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Sundberg came free, but Sigve Berre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Tommy Sundberg made a precise shot to the right of Sigve Berre. Rakkestad IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. In the 68th minute Tommy Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigve Berre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Daniel Waselewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigve Berre. Sigve Berre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. After 78th play minutes Tommy Sundberg shot 11-1, a short shot which went by Sigve Berre and just under the crossbar into goal. Sigve Berre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Waselewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Tommy Sundberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sigve Berre was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-1. Vetle Frydenberg hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Sigve Berre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Sundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Tommy Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pihl United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
