Dariusz Ziombkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Skytt in the 3rd minute of the match. When Alexander Skytt fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Rocco's protests and gave Alexander Skytt a yellow card for diving instead. Alexander Skytt hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Dariusz Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Thomas Åman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Rocco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Thomas Åman got a free kick in the 14th minute. Dariusz Ziombkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Åman, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Thomas Åman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dariusz Ziombkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. If Zachary Bentkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dariusz Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Åman came free, but Dariusz Ziombkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Hieronim Brataniec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Team Rocco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michael Böcklund in the 33rd minute. After taking down the ball on Team Rocco's corner Michael Böcklund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dariusz Ziombkowski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th minute, Elof Mager left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Rocco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Dariusz Ziombkowski came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Rocco's Harry Blomqvist. But to his dismay, Harry Blomqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 45th minute, Robin Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislaw Miazga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dariusz Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Åman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachary Bentkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thomas Åman scored 0-5 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dariusz Ziombkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, AKS Chorzów's Mateusz Solecki got a free kick in the 64th minute. AKS Chorzów's Dariusz Ziombkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elof Mager in the 70th minute of play. Dariusz Ziombkowski made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Alexander Skytt sent off a good shot on target. Alexander Skytt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Dariusz Ziombkowski made a huge save. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when AKS Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witalis Dlugi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Team Rocco's Ola Glad got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dariusz Ziombkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Åman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Harry Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Ziombkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Thomas Åman made a precise shot to the right of Dariusz Ziombkowski. AKS Chorzów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Gösta Hamnberg charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gösta Hamnberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Hamnberg. Zachary Bentkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Bergman having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Emil Wielkopolski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKS Chorzów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Team Rocco the free kick. A collision led to AKS Chorzów getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emil Wielkopolski hit a great ball. AKS Chorzów's Dariusz Ziombkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Blomqvist in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Witalis Dlugi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dariusz Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Åman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Team Rocco's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
