In the 20thth minute of the game Jacobus Lubbers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jukatriz's Fernandão Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 minutes of play, Winthont FC's Slim Shady made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernandão Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute Jorn de Zwaan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandão Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winthont FC were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Jukatriz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cobus Wit took the corner. 32 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobus Lubbers came free, but Fernandão Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slim Shady sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Slim Shady had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Dirk Lubbers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Fernandão Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Jukatriz's Doni Penha got a free kick in the 44th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeu Arruda made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Winthont FC's Jacobus Lubbers got a free kick in the 51st minute. Winthont FC's Jan-Peter Wansink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Gaspar in the 54th minute of play. Slim Shady fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandão Senna having to interfere. After some careless play in the Jukatriz defense, Jacobus Lubbers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernandão Senna. The Jukatriz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandão Senna should have stopped the shot. Fernandão Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slim Shady in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Pirani to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Jukatriz's goalkeeper Fernandão Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobus Lubbers. When Winthont FC's Slim Shady in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jukatriz's goalie prevented a goal. Fernandão Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobus Lubbers, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute Dirk Lubbers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandão Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobus Lubbers in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandão Senna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cor Tevreden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Fernandão Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernandão Senna stood somewhat misplaced when Dirk Lubbers came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 88 minute. In the 92nd minute, Luiz Eduardo Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobus Lubbers in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernandão Senna saved Jukatriz from getting behind. Winthont FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
