Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jacobus Lubbers kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute Dirk Lubbers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Peter Wansink came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by LOI's Mustafa Barış Yarlık. But to his dismay, Mustafa Barış Yarlık quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şensoy Gülen in the 17th minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Jan-Peter Wansink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorn de Zwaan in the 19th minute of play. Winthont FC's Jan-Peter Wansink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rıfat Helvacı in the 21st minute of play. When LOI's Bonifacio Laurin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Winthont FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jorn de Zwaan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin having to make a save. After some careless play in the LOI defense, Jorn de Zwaan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin. The LOI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cor Tevreden hit a great ball. After 41 minutes Winthont FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hikmet Şafakgün who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on LOI's corner Yavuz Bülent Türemen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan-Peter Wansink quite easily take care of the ball. In the 44th minute, Balaban Tuğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LOI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Egbert Fleur scored to the left of an out of position Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin, making the score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Rıfat Helvacı made the kick off in the second half. If Şensoy Gülen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Winthont FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hikmet Şafakgün was slow to take the kick. During this time LOI's players had a chance to rest. Jacobus Lubbers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 73rd minute Rıfat Helvacı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Peter Wansink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of LOI booed when Winthont FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Butch Er didn't get a good kick on the ball. LOI made a substitution. Önder İlsak replaced Şensoy Gülen. Butch Er kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaan Yağın to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute Egbert Fleur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Fatih Erbelgin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOI's Önder İlsak suffered a fractured collar bone after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jorn de Zwaan's late challenge caught a LOI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorn de Zwaan helped the player get up and apologised. LOI's Alp Yaşar was substituted for Önder İlsak. After 88 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorn de Zwaan. In the 89th minute Rıfat Helvacı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Peter Wansink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıfat Helvacı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Cor Tevreden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winthont FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOI the free kick. In the 94th minute, Cor Tevreden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the LOI players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Winthont FC.
