Nicanor Pacho charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicanor Pacho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Pacho. Daníel Islas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Schira in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the game, SV Bad Harzburg's Eckard Döngelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daníel Islas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 13th minute, SV Bad Harzburg's Eckard Döngelli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 15th match minute, Belfegor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Mannie to maneuver through the defense. SV Bad Harzburg's Welf Heinlein couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Belfegor FC. Daníel Islas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Schira in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Lars Schira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daníel Islas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belfegor FC's Daníel Islas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Belfegor FC from getting a goal against them. Tim Wiese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, SV Bad Harzburg's Halldor Sönksen got a free kick in the 29th minute. Tim Wiese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Mannie in the 31st minute of the match. SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Lazaro in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Belfegor FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Freddy Corderun hit a great ball. Daniel Toribio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Halldor Sönksen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Schira hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eckard Döngelli to make the kick off. Daníel Islas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eckard Döngelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Belfegor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eckard Döngelli came free, but Daníel Islas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Wiese made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Raúl Chaparro sent off a good shot on target. Belfegor FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Freddy Corderun in the 60th minute. Belfegor FC's Freddy Corderun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tim Wiese in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, SV Bad Harzburg's Tim Wiese got control of the ball when Carlo Magno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Belfegor FC's Eugenio Chesus was substituted for Urbano Mannie. Belfegor FC were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after SV Bad Harzburg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Freddy Corderun took the corner. After taking down the ball on Belfegor FC's corner Freddy Corderun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tim Wiese quite easily take care of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Tim Wiese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlo Magno. After 67 minutes SV Bad Harzburg's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Freddy Corderun who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Belfegor FC's Freddy Corderun to fire away a dangerous shot which Tim Wiese despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 68th minute Lars Schira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daníel Islas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SV Bad Harzburg's attentive Welf Heinlein managed to snatch the ball when Rogelio Arnas made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eckard Döngelli in the 71st minute of play forced Belfegor FC's goalkeeper Daníel Islas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SV Bad Harzburg's Willi Rau got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Freddy Corderun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tim Wiese skillfully saved the ball. When Roswin Schön fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Bad Harzburg's protests and gave Roswin Schön a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Belfegor FC booed when SV Bad Harzburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roswin Schön didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Belfegor FC's Roben Soens got a free kick in the 76th minute. When Welf Heinlein came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the SV Bad Harzburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Welf Heinlein couldn't finish the play. When Belfegor FC's Carlo Magno in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SV Bad Harzburg's goalie prevented a goal. Tim Wiese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. SV Bad Harzburg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Eugenio Chesus scored to the left of an out of position Tim Wiese, making the score, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Belfegor FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SV Bad Harzburg.
