In the 7th minute of the match, András Füzesi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Durval Messias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Garro came free, but Illés Kiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Walmir Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmir Teles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Illés Kiss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Illés Kiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Biaggio in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Garro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Illés Kiss. Újlõrincfalva LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Garro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Illés Kiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Garro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Illés Kiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Britovskiy in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Újlõrincfalva LC's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Teles came free, but Illés Kiss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durval Messias was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Géza Vass. After having played for 29 minutes, Rodrigo Garro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Garro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Walmir Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Illés Kiss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Illés Kiss didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walmir Teles went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Újlõrincfalva LC's Illés Kiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Teles in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Cacá Britovskiy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Illés Kiss made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 44th minute, Cacá Britovskiy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Illés Kiss was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The wind increased when Róbert Veress made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Garro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Illés Kiss was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Veress in the 57th minute of play forced Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Durval Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Garro scored 1-7 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Illés Kiss, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Illés Kiss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cacá Britovskiy in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Teles in the 71st minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Újlõrincfalva LC's Illés Kiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Teles in the 72nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Walmir Teles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Illés Kiss. That made the score 1-8 in the 72 minute of play. Roberto Biaggio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Illés Kiss made a huge save. Walmir Teles took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Illés Kiss. Illés Kiss dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. Rodrigo Garro came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Illés Kiss could save by the left post. 82 minutes into the match, Walmir Teles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Illés Kiss, 1-10. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Garro in the 86th minute of play forced Újlõrincfalva LC's goalkeeper Illés Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lobo Londrina kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Fábián Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute of the match András Füzesi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Messias skillfully saved the ball.
