Glenn Fyfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. After 9 played minutes, A4p FC Gad's Marcin Pachucki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A4p FC Gad reached it. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Batistuta in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 13th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Ruperto Modestio rounded A4p FC Gad's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's Marcin Pachucki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Ariel Mourelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Valerio Spadoni sped through A4p FC Gad's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Glenn Fyfe. 28 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Purcărete came free, but Ariel Mourelatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes Amboy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcin Pachucki who took care of the corner kick. James Batistuta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Mourelatos having to interfere. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save A4p FC Gad from getting a goal against them. In the 38th match minute, A4p FC Gad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Del Piero to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 47th minute of the match.

The throw-in from Erasmo Damião in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Amboy FC's Marcelo Kauldi. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Modestio in the 55th minute of play. Ariel Mourelatos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 56th minute. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 59th minute of the match. A4p FC Gad's Alessandro Del Piero came free and shot a quick shot against goal 62 minutes in the game, fortunately Ariel Mourelatos had problems saving as it came toward the left post. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Flavius Cândroveanu replaced Alessandro Del Piero. In the 65th minute A4p FC Gad were awarded a corner. Marcin Pachucki went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Marcelo Kauldi hit a great ball. Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán was substituted for Valerio Spadoni. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc was substituted for James Batistuta. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Marcin Pachucki managed to get in a good position for a shot. A4p FC Gad's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcin Pachucki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Mourelatos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Busuioc, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Busuioc in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, Amboy FC's Ariel Mourelatos got control of the ball when Flavius Cândroveanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ariel Mourelatos made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gică Busuioc sent off a good shot on target. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Rius in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Gică Busuioc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes Amboy FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcin Pachucki who took care of the corner kick. In the 93rd minute Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Amboy FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while A4p FC Gad had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
