The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Alişan Kutsalan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Can Özol was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Oğuzer Uçarer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Aybek Şavat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Günyüzü JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikail Atılay to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 9 minutes, Alişan Kutsalan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pülümür JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alişan Kutsalan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute Alişan Kutsalan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Can Özol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aybek Şavat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuzer Uçarer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pülümür JK booed when Günyüzü JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efe Ergönül didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Pülümür JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayrullah Davutoğlu to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Pülümür JK's Servet Hünerli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Can Özol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Pülümür JK booed when Günyüzü JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Harun Budak didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efe Ergönül couldn't finish the play. Efe Ergönül scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aybek Şavat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efe Ergönül in the 30th minute of play forced Pülümür JK's goalkeeper Aybek Şavat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Alişan Kutsalan took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Can Özol to make any attempt to save it. In the 40th minute, Mikail Atılay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 minutes, Deniz Atatuğ mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Günyüzü JK and the Pülümür JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hayrullah Davutoğlu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 44thth minute of the game Servet Hünerli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Günyüzü JK's Can Özol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alişan Kutsalan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Can Özol having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Alişan Kutsalan in the 54th minute of play forced Günyüzü JK's goalkeeper Can Özol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Efe Ergönül left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Günyüzü JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A collision led to Günyüzü JK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Efe Ergönül hit a great ball. Servet Hünerli struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Can Özol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pülümür JK. In the 68th minute, Oğuzer Uçarer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 76 minutes of play, Pülümür JK's Alişan Kutsalan made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Can Özol was left in no man's land by his defense there! In a very dangerous position, a player in Pülümür JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Günyüzü JK. Deniz Atatuğ stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aybek Şavat. 2-4. 84 minutes into the match, Oğuzer Uçarer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aybek Şavat. Pülümür JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oğuzer Uçarer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Can Özol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alişan Kutsalan in the 88th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Oğuzer Uçarer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Günyüzü JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. The Pülümür JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Günyüzü JK's performance. The match ended with a win for Günyüzü JK.
