But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaptan Hiçyılmaz couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, Şensoy Evvel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Akatlar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derinkuyu the free kick. Şensoy Evvel hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Aytunç Usbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olcay Orkun Dündaroğlu having to interfere.

The wind increased when Aytunç Usbey made the kick off in the second half. Aytunç Usbey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olcay Orkun Dündaroğlu having to make a save. Cevher Akyüz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulusi Ragıp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hulusi Ragıp during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Akay Sungur in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cevher Akyüz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Akatlar's Aytunç Usbey got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akay Sungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cevher Akyüz having to interfere. Olcay Orkun Dündaroğlu made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Kaptan Hiçyılmaz sent off a good shot on target.
