An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurtekin Atılay in the 7th minute of play forced On Fire Club's goalkeeper Luís Espinosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Arkın Akoğul tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luís Espinosa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jorge Rebocho struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Orkun Mahçup didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for On Fire Club. Orkun Mahçup breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute Ahmet Baki Emektar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Espinosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in On Fire Club's zone, Enginalp İzci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Espinosa came out of the goal and Enginalp İzci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orkun Mahçup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Ahmet Baki Emektar notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of On Fire Club's Luís Espinosa. Luís Espinosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Baki Emektar got free with Luís Espinosa in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, On Fire Club's Pedro Parente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orkun Mahçup narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorge Rebocho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, On Fire Club's Luís Pádua seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Luís Pádua the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of On Fire Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luís Pádua had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of On Fire Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yildiz:s goal. The referee gave Yildiz a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aşkın Tankan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of On Fire Club's Luís Espinosa. 3-0. In the 64th minute of the game Caner Ağçelik made a throw-in which Arkın Akoğul played forward. In the 75th match minute, On Fire Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Parente to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Enginalp İzci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Espinosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. With his leg Orkun Mahçup managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when On Fire Club's Jorge Rebocho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 87th match minute, On Fire Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Horta to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the On Fire Club defense, Enginalp İzci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Espinosa. The On Fire Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Espinosa should have stopped the shot.
