Cevher Akyüz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 24 minutes, Mustafa Ali Eralkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akatlar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Ali Eralkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th match minute, Akatlar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedirhan Ongay to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuncer Cumhur in the 28th minute of play forced Akatlar's goalkeeper Cevher Akyüz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cevher Akyüz came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ciftehavuzlar SK's Tuncer Cumhur. But to his dismay, Tuncer Cumhur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ciftehavuzlar SK's Tuncer Cumhur got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cengiz Safvet fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akatlar's protests and gave Cengiz Safvet a yellow card for diving instead. Ahmet Çağrı Akansel charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Çağrı Akansel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Ciftehavuzlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Çağrı Akansel to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the game, Egemen Utman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciftehavuzlar SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akatlar the free kick. A collision led to Ciftehavuzlar SK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Egemen Utman hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuncer Cumhur to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Veysel İltemiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Tuncer Cumhur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cevher Akyüz was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Ali Faruk Ugraş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cevher Akyüz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Kaptan Hiçyılmaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Güneş Hızarcı having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Ciftehavuzlar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kaptan Hiçyılmaz came free, but Güneş Hızarcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ciftehavuzlar SK defense, Kaptan Hiçyılmaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Güneş Hızarcı. The Ciftehavuzlar SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Güneş Hızarcı should have stopped the shot. When Ciftehavuzlar SK's Tuncer Cumhur in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Ciftehavuzlar SK's Ahmet Çağrı Akansel got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 81st match minute, Akatlar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzer Menderes to maneuver through the defense. Ciftehavuzlar SK's Ziya Beykan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Akatlar. If Kaptan Hiçyılmaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Ciftehavuzlar SK's Ziya Beykan tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Akatlar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ciftehavuzlar SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Ciftehavuzlar SK.
