An unexpectedly hard shot by Efe Ergönül in the 8th minute of play forced Yildiz's goalkeeper Orkun Mahçup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Oğuzer Uçarer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orkun Mahçup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efe Ergönül blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orkun Mahçup having to make a save. Orkun Mahçup didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Günyüzü JK's Efe Ergönül shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Günyüzü JK's Oğuzer Uçarer got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Arkın Akoğul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29th play minutes Efe Ergönül shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Orkun Mahçup and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 31st minute, Oğuzer Uçarer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Can Özol came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Yildiz's Enginalp İzci. But to his dismay, Enginalp İzci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Orkun Mahçup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efe Ergönül, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Orkun Mahçup made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzer Uçarer in the 41st minute of play. If Efe Ergönül had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Günyüzü JK's Can Özol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Günyüzü JK from getting a goal against them. If Enginalp İzci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

A collision led to Yildiz getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Haldun Oğuzbala hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Efe Ergönül dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Orkun Mahçup, 2-3. Orkun Mahçup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efe Ergönül, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute of the match Günyüzü JK got a corner. Yildiz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Deniz Atatuğ ran over to the corner to take the kick. Deniz Atatuğ made a great header on Günyüzü JK's corner, it was just that Yildiz's Orkun Mahçup managed to reach the ball for a save. When Vefa Kocaman fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Günyüzü JK's protests and gave Vefa Kocaman a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Günyüzü JK's Efe Ergönül slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orkun Mahçup. That made the score 2-4 after 78 minutes of play. After 89 minutes, Nurtekin Atılay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yildiz and the Günyüzü JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Günyüzü JK booed when Yildiz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurtekin Atılay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Deniz Atatuğ shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orkun Mahçup showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Günyüzü JK's Oğuzer Uçarer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orkun Mahçup narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Günyüzü JK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
