Cesar Edwardo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Bover getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Guillelmo Trujillo hit a great ball. Spiridon Túnkov scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leó Török, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Leó Török successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bover's Leó Török played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spiridon Túnkov in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Bover getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Guido Ricart hit a great ball. The supporters of Лудата Банда от Пловдив booed when Bover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samu Guerrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Лудата Банда от Пловдив's Spiridon Túnkov got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute of the match, Kajus Tvarijonas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leó Török was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Bover's Cesar Edwardo in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bover's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Edwardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Edwardo in the 48th minute of play forced Лудата Банда от Пловдив's goalkeeper Strahil Radenkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Spiridon Túnkov to make the kick off. Cesar Edwardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Strahil Radenkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Edwardo in the 69th minute of play forced Лудата Банда от Пловдив's goalkeeper Strahil Radenkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strahil Radenkov made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cesar Edwardo sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute Kajus Tvarijonas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leó Török saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Bover's Hugon Pryla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Strahil Radenkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Cesar Edwardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Strahil Radenkov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bover's Atilano Gonzales was substituted for Ciro Delgado. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Лудата Банда от Пловдив's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hugon Pryla was slow to take the kick. During this time Bover's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Лудата Банда от Пловдив's goalie and right to Cesar Edwardo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Лудата Банда от Пловдив's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 93rd minute, Hugon Pryla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Strahil Radenkov. The goal made the score 3-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
