Donato Azeari came out of the goal and Erwin Jury tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the game, Delmiro Tabor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gameiro Lenoble was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Davy Poirrier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Toro in the 10th minute of play. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Erwin Jury sped through San Lorenzo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Azeari. After 19 minutes of play Saint Côme de Fresné's Davy Poirrier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Davy Poirrier hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Mathieu Guiton kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Mabrouk Dolar might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gameiro Lenoble. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mabrouk Dolar ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Cordarios short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Gameiro Lenoble to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Toro in the 33rd minute of play. Mabrouk Dolar scored 2-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gameiro Lenoble, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 37 minutes, Mabrouk Dolar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mabrouk Dolar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Celestino Toro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gameiro Lenoble was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Mathieu Guiton charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathieu Guiton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Mathieu Guiton got a free kick in the 39th minute. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Saint Côme de Fresné from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Erwin Jury managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Côme de Fresné's supporters rose to their feet, but Erwin Jury was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Steve Carrier got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Darren Mignot fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Darren Mignot a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Darren Mignot hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Gervasio Tartalo in the 56th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gameiro Lenoble's left hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erwin Jury in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Azeari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Toro came free, but Gameiro Lenoble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Saint Côme de Fresné defense, Blas Osoro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gameiro Lenoble. The Saint Côme de Fresné fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gameiro Lenoble should have stopped the shot. Steve Carrier hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Gameiro Lenoble didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mabrouk Dolar went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 78thth minute of the game Erwin Jury who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gameiro Lenoble showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Mathieu Guiton got a free kick in the 84th minute. 91 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Jury came free, but Donato Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erwin Jurys short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Donato Azeari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Osoro in the 95th minute of play. San Lorenzo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
