Liu Chao Xiao scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gjon Dhami, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Bogdanović got free with Gjon Dhami in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Bogdan Bogdanović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gjon Dhami. A.K.Sh Albania's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Bogdanović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The referee ignored Club 23's protests and gave Ferdinand Voicu a yellow card for diving instead. Ferdinand Voicu hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Gjon Dhami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Chao Xiao in the 35th minute of play. In the 45th minute Liu Chao Xiao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gjon Dhami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gjon Dhami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Chao Xiao, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Club 23's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.K.Sh Albania the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Club 23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volodya Kirov to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of A.K.Sh Albania booed when Club 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liu Chao Xiao didn't get a good kick on the ball.
