After 4 played minutes Saint Côme de Fresné got a freekick which was hit by Steve Carrier. After 6 played minutes El Golden Volvió! got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Naldo. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Davy Poirrier hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erwin Jury in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Costanzo saved El Golden Volvió! from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viking Lo Russo. Isaac Muno made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Saint Côme de Fresné's Luc Boulogne. Davy Poirrier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Franco Costanzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Naldo in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Naldo came free, but Gameiro Lenoble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Orlanda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gameiro Lenoble read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, El Golden Volvió!'s Rosendo Naldo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gameiro Lenoble was left in no man's land by his defense there! Viking Lo Russo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameiro Lenoble having to interfere. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Biaggio in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Naldo came free, but Gameiro Lenoble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryan Le Thiec to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davy Poirrier in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Costanzo saved El Golden Volvió! from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Naldo in the 47th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudio Biaggio to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Yannick Bach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Golden Volvió! the free kick. Yannick Bach kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. When Saint Côme de Fresné's Erwin Jury in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Golden Volvió!'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute Viking Lo Russo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Lenoble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gameiro Lenoble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Naldo in the 67th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Claudio Biaggio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Lenoble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Biaggio in the 75th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gameiro Lenoble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viking Lo Russo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Davy Poirrier got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Naldo in the 85th minute of play. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Biaggio in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Claudio Biaggio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gameiro Lenoble was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute Rosendo Naldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Lenoble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davy Poirrier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that El Golden Volvió! were the better team. El Golden Volvió!'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
