The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Biagio Pallini was the one to do the kick off. Liu Chao Xiao ran back to his position shaking his head. Foot Ball Club di Roma's Dino Di Luca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Foot Ball Club di Roma from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the game, Club 23's Liu Chao Xiao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Di Luca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Christian Marsili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Malmberg having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liu Chao Xiao in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dino Di Luca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute Liu Chao Xiao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Di Luca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
