The audience thought a goal was coming when 汪希瑜 got free with Gameiro Lenoble in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ragnar Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Jury in the 13th minute of the match. Saint Côme de Fresné's Darren Mignot quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Klas Njurenius, made in the 17th minute of the game. Erwin Jury fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ragnar Wallander having to interfere. When Bryan Le Thiec fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Bryan Le Thiec a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erwin Jury in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ragnar Wallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bror Skoog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameiro Lenoble having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, AIF's goal looked a bit too open when Davy Poirrier came free, but Ragnar Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erwin Jury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd minute, Anton Harlén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saint Côme de Fresné's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Skoog in the 40th minute of play. Luc Boulogne hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Skoog in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Darren Mignot got a free kick in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The wind increased when Erwin Jury made the kick off in the second half.
