Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tarkan Buch got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes of play, Cassia FC's Jeronimo Presebal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerold Grenzhäuser was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 7 played minutes Mertesdorf FC got a freekick which was hit by Herwig Meissner. Gerold Grenzhäuser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Presebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerold Grenzhäuser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Pedroso in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Presebal in the 14th minute of play forced Mertesdorf FC's goalkeeper Gerold Grenzhäuser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gerold Grenzhäuser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerold Grenzhäuser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Beltza in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Walme in the 22nd minute of play forced Mertesdorf FC's goalkeeper Gerold Grenzhäuser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Cassia FC's Roberto Beltza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerold Grenzhäuser made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 32nd minute Bernardo Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerold Grenzhäuser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Marko made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Tarkan Buch sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Jo Kress hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Leon Erramu in the 38th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gerold Grenzhäuser's left hand side. Gerold Grenzhäuser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Presebal in the 40th minute of the match. Gerold Grenzhäuser came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Cassia FC's Orlando Pedroso. But to his dismay, Orlando Pedroso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gerold Grenzhäuser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Presebal in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Bernardo Walme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Gerold Grenzhäuser was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeronimo Presebal was the one to do the kick off. Gerold Grenzhäuser came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cassia FC's Jeronimo Presebal. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Presebal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Jeronimo Presebal scored 0-6 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerold Grenzhäuser, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mertesdorf FC's Gerold Grenzhäuser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Presebal in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Pedroso in the 61st minute of play forced Mertesdorf FC's goalkeeper Gerold Grenzhäuser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerold Grenzhäuser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Presebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaap Weinmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Marko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaap Weinmann ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Cassia FC's Jeronimo Presebal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. In the 73rd minute, Cassia FC's Bernardo Walme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gerold Grenzhäuser. Gerold Grenzhäuser yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Mertesdorf FC's Gerold Grenzhäuser proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Mertesdorf FC from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the game, Roberto Beltza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Gerold Grenzhäuser was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tarkan Buch struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Serafin Marko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mertesdorf FC. Alexei Bohse's late challenge caught a Cassia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexei Bohse helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cassia FC booed when Mertesdorf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexei Bohse didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 minutes, Christof Eberhard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mertesdorf FC and the Cassia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Christof Eberhard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mertesdorf FC's Tarkan Buch got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cassia FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
