The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 4 minutes on the clock, Fabio Nabar commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 4th match minute, Academia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Nabar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 5 minutes, Atauri Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dolar Blue Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atauri Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elmo Jaanovits blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Javier Perpiñán having to make a save. Javier Perpiñán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmo Jaanovits, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes Dolar Blue Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Cai Ping. After 11 played minutes Academia FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Iraitz. Academia FC's Walery Balkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aitor Branca in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Cai Ping hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asko Kuul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmo Jaanovits in the 22nd minute of play forced Dolar Blue Ψ's goalkeeper Javier Perpiñán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aitor Branca might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walery Balkiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aitor Branca ran back to his position shaking his head. Walery Balkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aitor Branca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walery Balkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aitor Branca in the 29th minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aitor Branca came free, but Walery Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dolar Blue Ψ were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Academia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Atauri Flores took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Epifanio Lartaun got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 36 minutes Asko Kuul got an excellent opportunity and fired away a shot on goal, but Javier Perpiñán was perfectly placed and executed a great save. In the 37th minute of the match, Elmo Jaanovits tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Javier Perpiñán saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Walery Balkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aitor Branca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asko Kuul kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elmo Jaanovits stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Julian Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Dolar Blue Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Beturian couldn't finish the play. Academia FC made a substitution. Francisco Ascencio replaced Asko Kuul. Dolar Blue Ψ made a substitution. Arnulfo Chano replaced Aitor Branca. Dolar Blue Ψ's Mario Rodriguez was substituted for Julian Beturian. Dolar Blue Ψ's Santiago Eriksen was substituted for Chu Xiang Li. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tancredo Hondaro in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Javier Perpiñán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Dei hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Javier Perpiñán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tancredo Hondaro in the 66th minute of play. Academia FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Dolar Blue Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 江崇默 took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Chano in the 70th minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Tancredo Hondaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Perpiñán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnulfo Chano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Walery Balkiewicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goalkeeper Walery Balkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnulfo Chano. Academia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Mario Rodriguez scored to the left of an out of position Walery Balkiewicz, making the score, 0-2. 86 minutes into the game, Dolar Blue Ψ's Arnulfo Chano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walery Balkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 89 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Chano came free, but Walery Balkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Di Stefano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dolar Blue Ψ the free kick. The supporters of Dolar Blue Ψ booed when Academia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Di Stefano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walery Balkiewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Chano went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Arnulfo Chano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walery Balkiewicz having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dolar Blue Ψ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
