Loco De Remate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmund Sobczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Loco De Remate were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leandro Virila took the corner. Rodrigo Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Medero, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Aires in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Beliran saved ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣ from getting behind. Melquiades Gurutz ran back to his position shaking his head. Walmir Catarinense made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Edmund Sobczak sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute Saturnino Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Beliran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Loco De Remate fans cheered their team off the field, for while ♣ Natural Mystic OFF ♣ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
