After a rather tough play, AC LeX Luthor's Matias Porfiro got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute Karim Morientes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soner Midilli took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurício Bomba. Maurício Bomba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karim Morientes in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Bomba saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. Valhalla F.C.'s Benicio Larez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Savion in the 12th minute of play. AC LeX Luthor were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Valhalla F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matias Porfiro took the corner. Benicio Larez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Errando in the 23rd minute of play. Luciano Guib made in the 27th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alvaro Errando however managed to control. Du Fan Fei hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gaxan Barrena kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Luciano Guib with Rodriguinho Linhares as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Benicio Larez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Savion in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karim Morientes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Karim Morientes came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Valhalla F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Morientes couldn't finish the play. After 58 minutes, Alvaro Errando made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Valhalla F.C.'s Benicio Larez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maurício Bomba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Fan Fei in the 61st minute of the match. Benicio Larez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valhalla F.C.'s Izel Ronaldo was substituted for Karim Morientes. Milio Baca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Bomba having to interfere. Radek Majewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Maurício Bomba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Izel Ronaldo took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Maurício Bomba to make any attempt to save it. Valhalla F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Radek Majewski in the 95th minute. After taking down the ball on Valhalla F.C.'s corner Radek Majewski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurício Bomba quite easily take care of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
