Hayalim Kedoshim's Cazimir Angelescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Alvarenga in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Laurențiu Pora cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nery Pumpido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cazimir Angelescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 13 minutes, Roberto Trotta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GuateFortín and the Hayalim Kedoshim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hayalim Kedoshim booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Trotta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurențiu Pora might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nery Pumpido. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laurențiu Pora ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurențiu Pora in the 16th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Pora in the 18th minute of the match. Sven-Edvin Jansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cazimir Angelescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Edvin Jansson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 20th minute. Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cazimir Angelescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Cazimir Angelescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zico Zellier's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. If Garfield Sau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurențiu Pora in the 40th minute of the match. The corner led Hayalim Kedoshim's Erhan Alp to a score. 1-2 in the 42nd minute.

A nice corner shot did that Angel Alvarenga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cazimir Angelescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 60 minutes in the game Fabio Huezo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Thierry Henry. GuateFortín made a substitution. Severo Rameriz replaced Stanyo Búnkov. GuateFortín's William Villanueva was substituted for Zico Zellier. GuateFortín's Ivan Lozano was substituted for Roberto Trotta. In the 62nd minute, Alper Derinöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hanni Godines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Nery Pumpido made a huge save. Cazimir Angelescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thierry Henry in the 84th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Thierry Henry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cazimir Angelescu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thierry Henry in the 93rd minute of play forced Hayalim Kedoshim's goalkeeper Cazimir Angelescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Villanueva scored 3-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cazimir Angelescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
