AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Oliviero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maurício Bomba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Raymond's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Despidida AFC's attentive Kajetan Gdowik managed to snatch the ball when Romeo Sanduru made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. With a little luck, AC LeX Luthor's Maurício Bomba got control of the ball when Kajetan Gdowik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Alvaro Raymond ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurício Bomba was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1.
