In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Laurențiu Pora could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Nery Pumpido however easily saved by the left post. In the 20th minute, William Villanueva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cazimir Angelescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cazimir Angelescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Hayalim Kedoshim's Laurențiu Pora ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 35 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Ocampo. Tadeu Carneiro hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, William Villanueva managed to get in a good position for a shot. GuateFortín's supporters rose to their feet, but William Villanueva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cazimir Angelescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Danilo Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Hayalim Kedoshim's Mustafa Yaşar Recai got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 45th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Villanueva to strike the kick off in the second half. Hayalim Kedoshim's Vladimiro Lauro was substituted for Laurențiu Pora. GuateFortín made a substitution. Mario Gomez replaced Thierry Henry. Hayalim Kedoshim's Mika Garon was substituted for Garfield Sau. Hayalim Kedoshim's Gigi Neacșu was substituted for Mustafa Yaşar Recai. The throw-in from Danilo Ocampo in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hayalim Kedoshim's Erhan Alp. 77 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Lauro came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mika Garon in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mario Gomez hit a great ball. Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Carneiro in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Hayalim Kedoshim's goalkeeper Cazimir Angelescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Villanueva. GuateFortín were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Hayalim Kedoshim's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angel Alvarenga took the corner. Gigi Neacșu took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Neacșu in the 89th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro in the 91st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Villanueva in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cazimir Angelescu saved Hayalim Kedoshim from getting behind. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Garon in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hayalim Kedoshim had won after a very even match.
