Keven Saager blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sancar Özgulec having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Elbistan's zone, Ephraim Pott stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sancar Özgulec came out of the goal and Ephraim Pott tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hidayet Kamber charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hidayet Kamber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hidayet Kamber kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. During the 9th minute of the match Hidayet Kamber completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hidayet Kamber a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Elbistan's Hidayet Kamber got a free kick in the 10th minute. Keven Saager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sancar Özgulec having to interfere. If Metehan Keyhüsrev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Weser-Kicker's Matthias Daniel got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bayhan Kılıçer kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Cihat Özerek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Metehan Keyhüsrev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Wastl Petershagen made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Metehan Keyhüsrev could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Wastl Petershagen however easily saved by the left post. Ertaç Sebil made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Weser-Kicker's Torsten Jahns. Sancar Özgulec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ephraim Pott in the 45th minute of play. In the 49th minute, Ephraim Pott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weser-Kicker fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Elbistan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Weser-Kicker were winning 0-2.
In the 56th minute, Ephraim Pott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Weser-Kicker's zone, Cenap Yay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wastl Petershagen came out of the goal and Cenap Yay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wastl Petershagen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metehan Keyhüsrev in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Ephraim Pott reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sancar Özgulec. The goal made the score 0-3. If Keven Saager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Elbistan's goalkeeper Sancar Özgulec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ephraim Pott. If Matthias Daniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Angelo Munz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sancar Özgulec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 80th minute, Torsten Jahns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wastl Petershagen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metehan Keyhüsrev in the 82nd minute of the match. Torsten Jahns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sancar Özgulec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Weser-Kicker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Jahns to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Metehan Keyhüsrev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wastl Petershagen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Weser-Kicker's goal looked a bit too open when Metehan Keyhüsrev came free, but Wastl Petershagen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wastl Petershagen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yiğit Can Tokuş went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.
