Rhys Dimmock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 5th minute of the match. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Batistuta in the 6th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Del Piero in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rhys Dimmock saved Zamalek FC from getting behind. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Balaeț in the 22nd minute of play. Rhys Dimmock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 23rd minute of the match. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from James Batistuta in the 24th minute of play. Glenn Fyfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Krasinskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glenn Fyfe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davis Duff, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Manzi in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Batistuta in the 35th minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save A4p FC Gad from getting a goal against them. James Batistuta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rhys Dimmock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for James Batistuta to strike the kick off in the second half. Davis Duff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olle Olsson hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Alessandro Del Piero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rhys Dimmock came out and tried to block the shot, but Alessandro Del Piero slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 55th minute. Rhys Dimmock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 59th minute of the match. Zamalek FC were furious when Elin Elin was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zamalek FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Marcin Pachucki shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With a little luck, Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock got control of the ball when Flavius Cândroveanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. When A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc, in the 83rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for A4p FC Gad. 86 minutes into the game, Zamalek FC's Sergey Krasinskiy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Glenn Fyfe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Chunche Montero kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Zamalek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zack Grier to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's Marcin Pachucki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rhys Dimmock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavius Cândroveanu got free with Rhys Dimmock in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Flavius Cândroveanu scored 1-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rhys Dimmock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A4p FC Gad eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
